MLB 24: 3/19/24 - Nintendo Switch
-
SDS, this is absolutely absurd. I have been waiting for you to fix this for over 30+ hours. I paid for a game to play. What is your excuse. Let me guess...YOU ARE WORKING ON IT AND YOU APPRECIATE OUR PATIENCE. I no longer have any patience...FIX IT!
-
@SUPERFUZZYBUTT how bout you look though a gazillion lines of code? You aren't missing much with two or three days after launch unless you payed for pre-order.
-
Because I paid for a product expecting to be able use it Day 1. With your logic...if you buy a BRAND NEW car and it will not run and you take to the dealer and they say hey it will take a few days to figure this out, we have a few gazillion things to look at...you aren't missing much by not driving it...how would you feel?
-
And are you affiliated with SDS? If not keep it to yourself KAREN.
-
@WetBub I mean, we're all expecting to be able to play the game we paid for. It's reasonable to expect a game to be playable at launch.
-
If MLB the show wants to give us switch users a free Ohtani for our inconveniences I wouldn’t be opposed
-
@PolyTaco For such a inconvenience of a faulty product I think they owe the Switch community that plus stubs. But watch they will give us a free five pack with all commons.
-
Or they won't give us anything just like last year when we were locked out of DD for almost a week
-
So regret buying this game. Was so planning to just stick with 23. Then started watching some YouTubers and got sucked in...🤬
-
this might be the last one i ever buy so much disappointment franchise game and cant even run the game on the first day
-
@YayoX13 Or at least wait part way through the season before buying. One price drops to half and then they normally have the bugs worked out.
-
Any word from SDS? You know, "Hey we identified the problem...1.) it is in our coding and it will take x amount of time. Or 2.) it is our server, expect us to have it fixed by...or my pick is 3.) we don't have a clue, so tough luck Nintendo Switch users that you still can not play DD on that $60 game you bought. That is the least of our concerns right now. We just want to make sure our Easter eggs show up on PS and X box.
-
This is awesome! Then perhaps they can fix CPU pitching. And after that, they can iron out the pinpoint glitch.
What else, people? Keep em coming! We are glad to pay hard-earned money to serve as testers for SDS! Let's gooooo!
-
Hey SDS, great way to treat your customers. Anyway you could possibly give an update on the Nintendo Switch situation? Been 48+ hours of not being able to play. I am sure you want to blame us for not being "patient" or not understanding how complicated the it is to fix. But remind you, ALL OF US, paid good money for a game we are unable to play because you guys ultimately could not do your job correctly. But I would not be surprised if you all tried to shift the blame on us.
-
I've also submitted a bug to SDS. An update would sure be nice.
-
They were too busy resolving the RTTS bug that impacted the money they have YET to make.
They already got your money, chump, so shut up and wait, and don't expect any timeframe or communication that assures you this is a priority. It's not -- the market is. Stubs are.
Shut up and wait. Silently.
-
Blocked him.
-
You would be complaining too if you couldn't play DD without the game crashing, we've been waiting for an update but the only one we got was that they don't have a estimated time of when it will be fixed. Just like last year when us Nintendo switch players couldn't play DD at all because it wouldn't even let us in so when you have that problem then you'll see what we mean
-
Hi SDS, it is me again. The self appointed Nintendo Switch crusader who can not play his game in DD mode. Just checking to see if you changed your mind and wanted to give me and the WHOLE Nintendo community an update on the progress of fixing YOUR BROKEN GAME. NO? We are still not talking? Trying not to say anything that may make it look like this is your fault. Any who, just wondering if you are going to make us all have to wait a week or so for a patch to fix this catastrophe and then you all can give yourselves a little pat on the back for a job well done and tell us we need to have more patience, these things take time.
-
Reported him...
How about giving the folks that purchased the game a free pack for every day that the game isn't functional based off purchase date?
