It has the same point scale as last year, but I haven’t gotten to TA yet to decide. I almost want to wait until chapter 2 and maybe 3 so I can knock them all out at once. My only concern is the expirations for 1 and 2.
I’m interested any anyone’s opinion that has played MTO with the goal of completing TA.

I do see that the Showdown for TA 1 CH 1 has a Jun 7th exp date. Not sure about Moment and Conquest though.

Yes you can. Just skip and exit the tutorial and scouting/draft screens and it will ask you if you want it on auto.

I finished the season on Beginner for the 18K. Total is 40.5K out of 200K for just 1 of 6 regions. It wouldn't get me the first boss, so I went on to conquest. Using conquest with pitchers first was a lot quicker. 30 3 inning games at about 15 mins a piece seemed a lot quicker, and more fun, than the time it took me to play a season, minus playoffs, on beginner.
I'm now finishing it up with bosses on the USA conquest map. 2 done 2 almost, and 2 at half done.

That's a good plan. I'm on dynamic Veteran (for now). If I don't drop below Rookie, I should get around 40k. I haven't won a conquest game yet (they've all been on AS), so I keep resetting the map. I need better pitchers than what I have. I have a few good hitters, but I'm just not hitting in Conquest, which is weird, because I am in MTO.

Is it the problem with the CPU pitchers throwing all balls? This might sound weird, but don't steal 2nd. Can't prove it, but it seems like they throw more strikes that way. Also on veteran, they seem to throw more strikes.
Get the new Tom Seaver. He only costs 16K.

I don't think it's the balls/strikes from the CPU. I get plenty of walks. I haven't stolen any bases because I don't have any fast guys. I'm just not hitting well. Everything is a fly-out or infield out. I think I'm just used to the 99s from 23. I played on legend at the end of 23 to try and simulate playing with lower cards, but I should have actually played with lower cards (but I was having a lot of fun with the 99s). This year, I've lost to CWS, Rockies, Orioles, Diamondbacks, and As in vs CPU. It's been a combonation of my pitching and hitting. That's one of the weird things for me...I'm losing against vs CPU and Conquest, but hitting and pitching way better in MTO. It doesn't make sense to me.

It can be set to auto but you still have to watch the draft
