Two way player rating.

Why are two way players so low ranked?! It was this way in 23 too. It’s so frustrating. I don’t see any way it’s possible to be 98-99 as a two way player.

I feel like RTTS did improve this year and I’m glad I can at least hit in the same game I pitch, but why can’t I max out my ratings and be a 99 like ohtani. I really don’t understand why they can’t fix that.
