No face scans??

I downloaded the companion app. I click on face scan and it just loads for days. Anyone else having same issue?

I had no problems with using the face scan through the companion app. By the way, I'm on IOS.

I'm glad it's not just me. Road to the show was the reason why I bought this [censored] game.

I tried over and over and I cannot get it to work through the app It doesn't even give me a place to scan.

@swtnlw81 i I have exactly the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Used VPN because I'm from Germany. Maybe because of data protection. but nothing helps. it just doesn't work.

It worked for me with 23 but not with 24. Tried multiple times using my iPad and phone but no go. I contacted support but haven’t gotten a response.
Update: I uninstalled the app from my phone then reinstalled and it worked. Good luck!

I installed the app on my older Samsung Phone and taking a Photo and uploading it worked immediately! -
