I have two PS5 consoles. One at each of my parent's house. Am I able to use one MLB the Show account on each one?

Yes. Rtts and franchise files won't be on both- you'll have to save on the cloud when you leave the one,and download from the cloud onto the other.

Yes. When we go to Florida to visit our son, I play on my account on his PS5. Follow @PAinPA_PSN ’s advice on cloud saving.

Same between PS4 and PS5. I've got my PS5 in my living room and PS4 in my bedroom and can bounce back seamlessly between the two.
