Lost entire inventory

So I purchased the mvp edition for the switch (I know, yuck, but I can't afford a ps or xbox). Played first full day and then got on yesterday and lost entire inventory, including everything from packs that came with the game and other packs purchased in shop (even pulled a Judge!). Is this a known issue or is there any way to resolve it?
