Having trouble with this in story lines. I normally play with fielding assist on because I lack decent reflexes. When I do this challenge all I see is the circles that get smaller and the a button prompt. When do I push the button? Do I tap it or hold it down? I can’t figure out this fielding and can't find any tutorials

Just tap in the order starting from the outside. You dont have to time it or anything, just get them all before the circle runs out.

The first part, you need to hit the button when the circle is the smallest, like pulse pitching if you’ve ever used it. And for the throw, you need to hit the buttons in the order displayed before the “wheel” runs out. I hope that makes sense.
