Create RTTS ballplayer

So, how do I create one ball player with appearance, name etc already edited, so everytime I want to start a new RTTS, I can just load into it and select position, and everything is pre done, I cannot stand having to amend my players appearance, name details etc every. Single. Time

Also, what is the awful new button mashing throwing system and why can’t I change it back to thumb stick aiming thing
