With no runners on base you get a 15 second pitch clock.
With runners on base you get a 18 second pitch clock.
Seems backwards? -
Didn't know there was a pitch click in game, I don't take that long to pitch.

@BiigD008 I only noticed there was a clock, because I saw it in the background as I pitched. It had nothing to do with me taking too much time to pitch.

You get more time for checking the runners and such,it's the same as MLB(though I think they changed the times for this year) I turned it off though,the CPU doesn't take more than 5 sec to pitch so it was basically just a background distraction to me

I think you're right about MLB changing the time this upcoming season. -
I missed some fat fastballs cause I was watching the clock countdown and not the pitcher,wasn't ready when it came in

I didn't notice it until I was checking my phone during a conquest game, it timed out, and the batter was awarded a ball...
