Okay, so the first complaint I would like to add to the conversation about this... if anyone sees it... is that it has bothered me for years that I can't trade players with less than six years of MLB service. If you try to trade a player during the offseason that is either eligible to be renewed or eligible for arbitration, you aren't allowed to trade them because they are not actively signed. It has bothered me that this exists/doesn't exists because it would add to the realism that you are simply just trading control to another team.

I agree, trading control happens every year and yet we can't do it.
