How do you break out of your slump?
-
About a week ago I made Championship Series, which is what I hovered around last year. I got up to about 840 and had won a solid 8 or 9 games in a row. Now I'm down to 675. I don't know what happened, I just feel like I can't pick up the ball any more. I'm popping everything up or grounding into double plays constantly. How do y'all break out of extended slumps?

Long break. Custom practice hit with Gallo, his pci is small. I usually face Chapman with slider speeds maxed. Pitching rebel has a video on this. Against righties I usually face gerrit Cole. Treat it like real ABs, take pitches have a plan etc

Take more pitches. Your in a slump trying to make things happen. Take two strikes if you have to. you will realize your swinging at garbage most of the time. Also you will wear down the pitcher.
Focus on the ball coming out of the pitchers hand.
