Want to preorder…Wish they would announce sets decision

I REALLY want the Negro League hat and want to preorder before they run out. But until I hear that sets are gone I’m not going to preorder. It’s very frustrating.

Preorder now and you can cancel it a week before early access. That way, you’re ensured the hat and steel book if you want the order to go through.

@Blind_Bleeder Problem is they don’t do DD feature premiere until 1 day before release.

I’d verify they’ll let you cancel before making the pre-order. Doesn’t hurt to ask and be safe.

Yeah, I’m with you OP. If sets and seasons are a thing, I’ll probably wait a while and buy around the postseason for a month of fun.

The point of doing it now is to have dibs on it before they are sold out. There may be information that comes out before the last stream that helps us determine if sets and seasons are in 24. But, if not, that’s why I put to cancel a week before release if he decides he doesn’t want the game. They don’t charge your card until it ships.

He said the DD stream is day before. He said he needs to see that in order to decide.

@Ericulous1 Yeah man, I usually play The Show year round but when they dropped Set 3 & followed through with the not letting players use more than one player from Set 1…I was out & never looked back. I refuse to put in time grinding to P5 players & then be told I can’t use them.

Haven’t pre ordered for the first time in 3 years.
I’m not doing sets again.
If they do. I’ll buy it when it’s £15 in September.

Too bad. It was fun all year if you just played and tried new cards for awhile

In retrospect, locking GOAT cards you grinded to unlock and bonded with was NOT a great idea.
Especially when the next grinds were for cringy 91 Kaiju or nickname cards. Ugh.

Each year I literally "pre-order" the night before right after the DD stream. I'm downloading it the same time people who pre-order it weeks in advance. What's the benefit to rushing the pre-order unless you want the silly hat / empty steel book #clownemoji
