I believe that they should create an option in RTTS to be picked to play for your home country. If the player is from Dominican Republic while you are in the minors if you do well you should have an option to play for team DR. This also applies to any other country. It should be like FIFA when you get contacted to play for you home country. It should remain the same if you make it up to the show as well. The WBC has a mixture of MLB players and minor league players in their rosters.

Also it would be great to add latin American winter league teams due to the success of the carribean world series. It would be awesome to be able to play for those teams during off season.
