Captain and coaches

Captains are cool and I’m assuming the game is gonna run with the function of captains boosting players in some way for a while. Again I think their cool and that’s fine but what’s the point of having a manager in DD. Can I atleast customize my managers look then to make him look stupid like Santa or customize them to look like a manager. Or take the captain feature and put it on coaches so there is a reason for coaches. That way a guy like Ron Washington would give a fielding boost (I hope for obvious reasons) and so one based on whatever you the devs want for a coach. That way people don’t just pull their captain at the beginning of a game like we all do now and would possibly make people try different teams too. Like if there are plenty of different fun to use coach’s boost the god squads may all look slightly different but still be comp to play others.

Oh also you can throw in legend coach’s for fun. Cough cough a player-coach Pete Rose. Or even a Joe Torre, you know who we want manager wise SDS.

There are coaches in HUT in NHL that give boosts based on synergies, so I can see managers in The Show somehow.

Being able to customize the manager would be great. I'm tired of mine looking like a burnt piece of toast with blonde hair, bad side burns, and weird facial features
