New Season Today? Stream? ... Is This Thing Even On?!?

I get it's the end of the year and all the devs are hard at work on 24 (even if they can't announce it yet). But something, anything would be nice.

Right??? I’m really not a fan of these forever programs, it’s great for people who started late but for those who grinded it out all season, it’s pretty useless. It’s obvious they are done with this season. And I do get it. They deserve a holiday and baseball season is long since over.
It just always seems to end in a fizzle. Season 6 should be the pay off. One final TA where you can use all the cards to achieve progress. Something like that.

I was about to post something about this. SDS have been strangely silent. They just keep posting Sales information (both game and Stubs) and have not previewed anything from Season 6 so far, even though it is only 2 hours and 20 minutes away.
To say my expectations are very low would be pretty accurate. Do we even get an season 6 XP reward path (Probably) and if so will it have bosses (who knows). I feel like, if there were notable bosses they would be teased ahead of time.

I think it’s a safe bet that all season 6 will be is a forever program with all the previous packs and bosses similar to the forever wonder program. It’s great if you’re just starting out. I just wish they’d do something for the people who have played all season.

I can't believe they are just going to "push the button" and S6 is here without a stream or any sort of reveal.
This actually makes me kind of worried about S6. Will there even be a collection reward outside of the finders keepers?

at least please say it’s around half of the stub sales they made last year or else we’re doomed for a repeat

Unfortunately I’m pretty sure all season 6 is, is a long recap of the season. A forever path to collect all previous cards, bosses, choice packs etc. The forever wonder program is basically a smaller version of the same thing.
I think the only collections left are the random finders keepers. Otherwise it’s a few online rewards and all the packs from previous programs.
It’s great for people buying the game this week for $10. For the players who have played all year, it’s time to look towards 24 and pray that sets and seasons was a one off mistake.

The schedule says
New Event, Battle Royale, Ranked, Mini Season & Conquest
With no teasing of rewards for the Event or Battle Royale I think the others may be right and it is just previous content like the Forever Wonders.
In my opinion, if that is the case, they should have just come out and said so and tempered any expectations.
