Willie mays 97 works but not the new 99. Is this a bug or intentional?

Willie Mays 99 is a Retro Finest card.
Retro Finest is not a new card series for 2023.

That's the 50 HR club boost right? Should work on any version of a guy that's hit 50 in a season. Unless it only works on cards "After" they hit 50? Is the Retro Finest year prior to 1955? Maybe that's why?

Captain Sosa boosts hitters that have hit 50 HRs in one season.
May's 97 (Snapshot) card is for 1957; he hit 35 HRs that year. His 99 (Finest) card is for 1965 when he hit 52 HRs. So, his 99 should get the boost, but not the 97. Unless…the boost means any year they hit 50. Then it appears they forgot to add the parameter code to the 99 card.
If you have Captain Mays, see if Captain Sosa boosts that card because it is for '65 and should be.
It appears they mixed up his cards for the boost. Send a ticket to see if they will fix it, but at this point in the year, I doubt they will.
Edit: Mays last HR in '57 was off Lew Burdette of the Braves. It was his 35th for the year and his 187th overall. His last HR in '65 was off Billy McCool of the Reds. It was his 505th overall and his 52nd of the year.
