I guess it would depend on when you got them. Someone might have gotten them 30 days ago. Someone might have even been using them as a Wild Card anyways.

Cole had been irrelevant. No pitcher is easier to hit in this game you couldn't use his card online if he had 125’s across the board

It is yet another example of poor planning on SDS’s part. I’ve said before it, felt like they simply drew names out of a hat when it came to releases this year. Timing has been awful and I do feel sets and seasons just made that 10x worse. At this point they clearly aren’t thinking about who they should release they are just releasing whoever they have left whenever they feel like it. Others have mentioned SDS is a small company but either someone is asleep at the wheel or they let a lot of people go overburdening an already skeleton crew.

@eatyum I normally would have played this event to pick up a few cards, but for all the reasons you mentioned... Pass.
I just shook my head when I looked at the reward path.

I can’t seem to get my head around this. Doesn’t this seem a bit off really. If this had been the first or even second such faux pas you could just about write it off as anything but when things start to trend well that’s something altogether different in my experience. That’s mismanagement and presents the image to the consumers that this studio is running by the seat of its pants. Sadly I don’t know what any of us who give a [censored] can do about this though besides continue to scratch our heads and hope for better. Much better hopefully

Totally agree. Anyone can have a slip up or 2 but when it keeps happening it’s no longer a mistake. It shows a lack of direction and very much sends the message they are either extremely disorganized or simply don’t care. Not a good look for a company that we all know is, or at least was, capable of so much better. Please SDS don’t sink to the levels of Madden or 2K or use them as examples moving forward.

Oh okay. I didn’t notice. I just assumed they were in the group of cards part of RS or BR I don’t try and play. I have been wicked sick and haven’t been on the game much but I don’t have the other Cole so I wouldn’t mind having one to add to my collection. I don’t like Doval’s pitches so his cards don’t matter to me.
