I just heard from SDS (Miguel) myself. Gave me instructions on linking my accounts together. However, I’ve been receiving drops successfully for a couple of years now. Just not this last time.
This was the first campaign since Twitch changed things on their end. We are monitoring issues related.

@Collin_SDS I inadvertently sent my ticket without using the sub category "Twitch Drops", should I send another or hope that it being reported as a bug report will suffice?

Charles responded and all I had to do was submit a screen shot of the claims on Twitch and I got all my remaining packs. This will be a fun weekend with me grinding events for vouchers.

Miguel hooked me up. Finally. Said all my tickets were going to spam folder lol. I knew something was wrong.

Quick update. We are monitoring Drops this weekend and investigating at a couple things that could be related.
Just keep claiming packs as you earn them. If they don't arrive in your inventory, please submit a ticket.

I got every pack but my elite pack from last night

Not even a timeline for how long I must watch…Plus only got 3 packs for all of the last drops event…. This is ridiculous SDS.

You can go to https://www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns and search for MLB The Show 23 to see any active Twitch Drops campaign and the required watch time to earn each pack.
Here is how packs are earned this weekend.
- Watch for 30 minutes and claim the reward Twitch Pack
- Watch for 1 hour and claim the reward Twitch Pack
- Watch for 1 hour 30 minutes and claim the reward Twitch Pack
- Watch for 2 hours and claim the reward Twitch Pack
- Watch for 2 hours 30 minutes and claim the reward Twitch Pack
- Watch for 3 hours 30 minutes and claim the reward Twitch Pack - Special
- Watch for 5 hours and claim the reward Twitch Pack - Elite
Reminder that you must claim the reward/pack.
As mentioned above, we are monitoring Twitch Drops and investigating issues to make it run smoother.

I understand all of your frustration. But why do you all keep tagging him; when he has already replied telling you all to submit a ticket?

@Collin_SDS Just so your team is aware, drops definitely don't seem to be making to the in game accounts. I claimed every pack over the weekend but didn't receive them.
Filed a ticket today as well.

I only signed up for Twitch for this singular reason and deleted my account today. Even if one lets it play while doing something else for half the day you still end up losing out because you get zero in return PLUS it costs you in electricity and wear and tear on your device. If you’re using a television the loss goes up exponentially. At this point it simply feels like I’ve been defrauded of my time and money so I’m cutting my losses. This is just how I look at it and begrudge no one for continuing on and especially if you enjoy it but I’m pulling the plug for my part. If they wanted me to volunteer my time and resources to their cause then at least give me a receipt for tax purposes. Trust me I could use it
