Need Some Advice On Hitting
-
I just started playing the game and am having a rough time with hitting. I’m hitting the ball pretty well but every hit goes right to an opposing player- whether is a grounder, long fly ball, line drive, everything is going right to a fielder. I know it has to be something I’m doing but can’t figure out what. Any advice would be welcome.

Try to hit it where they ain't.
Over the fence, in between fielder's, etc.
MLB '19 was the lineout-fest, if I recall 🤪 -
Use the search feature. There was a thread just a few days ago that covered lots of good hitting tips. Anything you could ever wish to know about this game is contained in this forum all you have to do is search for it. There is an advanced search that allows you to search just within this year. You’ll score more tips than a circumcising rabbi

If you are playing on the switch that could be the problem

If you are making consistent contact and good contact but not getting the results, it is choosing which pitches to swing at, knowing which to lay off and which could give better results only comes through trial and error.
