Twitch drops

I just sent a ticket too. I haven't received one pack from last weekend and I collected them all from everyday. I took a screenshot from my twitch inventory. Hopefully I get them today.

I got an email yesterday. I assume everyone gets these who signed up for them. It has Twitch drops listed as the weekend of 11/17.

Selected Account Issue as the Ticket Type and there's an option for Twitch Drops for the problem type.

@fubar2k7 That is next weekend when they will be doing Twitch Drops again. We are talking about last weekends drops that we claimed and havent received the packs for yet.

Still no response and nothing for me.

I submitted a ticket on Nov 11 with a detailed description and screenshot. Today I received an email from “Miguel” with instructions on how to create an MLBTS account and then link it to twitch. I literally have a screenshot showing the account and that it’s linked. I’ve been getting twitch drops since the first day they started them.
I’d be frustrated if I wasn’t completely over this year’s game. What a waste.

Don't hold your breath. I haven't received Twitch drops since last year.

Twitch recently updated to Drops v3, which required no changes on our end.
We are investigating. If you earned a claimed a Twitch Pack and haven't received it, just submit a support ticket. -

@nymets1987 I messaged a Dev here, Cbrev, I have sent in 4 support tickets, and even a direct email. Nothing. No response back, and no drops. That is how they have treated me for the last 2 years.
