How. Am I supposed to complete the Core set when I'll be missing 15 cards that are currently at 0 buy price? How do you obtain those cards? I see a lot of players are having the same trouble with requests to buy exceeding 10 to 100+.
SDS are there programs coming up to allow us to obtain those old cards are we all SOL at our chances to obtain Ozzie?
Schlomo is a terrible pitcher but I'd still like to buy him for my collection, as an example.

Most of them are from old BR Programs. They said during the stream that there will be rewind packs, probably starting this Tues, in future BR programs.
You can get them that way or wait for people to start selling them off.
