Ice-Water Veins Perk Worded Wrong or Broken?

It says increased plate vision in all counts with at least 1 strike. But it only kicks when I have 2 strikes. That would be more than 1 strike

Are you reading the boosted gain and not the base gain from the a perk? Do you meet the boosted criteria?

No that's the base gain. The boosted gain is "significantly" increased plate vision or something, but it says the same thing about at least 1 strike.

And I just got promoted so I won't have the boosted perk for a little while.

Ah ok sorry about that, I was mobile and didn’t check. See if you can grab a short clip and submit it as a bug report.

Not sure if this was fixed, but either way it started working correctly when I got to the boosted perk.
