Day 6 of Server Outage

Hello MLBtheShow,
I’m not sure if you’re aware, but the servers appear to be down and have been down for some time.
Hopefully everything went well getting everything up and running over the weekend!
Can we expect everything to be operational this afternoon?

Yes I saw that BUT they didn't work on the weekend which is not right, they should be working around the clock to get it back up and running, 6 days and counting is ridiculous

How do you know that they didn't work over the weekend? Or are you assuming they didn't because there wasn't an earlier update?

They NEVER EVER work on the weekend, plus zero updates all weekend means that they weren't working

While I personally believe they didn't work over the weekend, a lack of updates does not mean they didn't. Freeze Off is right. We can't assume they didn't without proof.

When is the last time they actually worked on the weekend, that's right never, it should have been fixed by now, 6 days and counting is way too long

I agree it should have been fixed by now and 5+ days (6 tomorrow at 1PM EST is way too long. We don't know they didn't work on it over the weekend although you are most likely right. We are all pissed right now.

That's how you know that they weren't working because maybe if they were they could be one step closer to fixing it, obviously I just want to play and feel like all the ps5 and Xbox people shouldn't be playing until switch is back

It's not right to punish the other players though. Think about if the situation were reversed. Would you want to be told to stop playing something you paid for because they couldn't? I wouldn't. These kinds of statements from switch players only paint us in a selfish light.

How about we doing something like:
-Mondays: no switch players
-Tuesdays: no PS5 players
-Wednesdays: no Xbox players
-thursdays: no switch players
-Fridays: no PS5 players
-Saturdays: no Xbox Players
-Sundays: nobody gets to play! -
100% agree cause I guarantee that's exactly what is happening. Xbox ps overloaded the servers they took us offline to keep them up and going. They've made it more than obvious now.

You would think it’s common knowledge that computer programmers don’t work on servers. The guy who maintained my servers couldn’t write a program in Excel let alone make video games.

Well hey, since you decided I should be punished for doing nothing wrong what so ever, aside from the console I purchased in 2021, I'll politely let you know I'm literally grinding the Postseason Mini Season right now with my All Time Twins team build.

I agree that the new content released should have been delayed to show respect for us and to use the other team to help the first team. In starting to think this is a deeper issue and maybe the best results we will even get is half our money back. Worse case they just remain close lipped until 24 comes out for next gen only. Idk
