Honestly I probably play the game more on my Switch Lite than my PS5, this is getting silly that it is taking this long. I guess I'll be playing more Madden 24 franchise this weekend than The Show if they don't get the Switch working,
Not sure that’ll do you much good. I was having issues with PGA due to the EA servers.
Guess it's time to finish Tears of the Kingdom! Or start Advance Wars. Or even play Mario Kart online. I just got home and don't feel like firing up the PS5 anyway.
I just got Callisto Protocal as a freebie this month. I downloaded that but ended up just playing some Miles Morales anyways as it downloaded. Good call to play something else.

They need to wake the hell up and get it fixed, it's been over 72 hours since it happened, this is ridiculous everyone else not on switch can play, take all the servers down until everyone can play again

I know this sounds crazy to some but I'm not okay with the idea that if we can't play others can't either. There has been a lot of bullying towards us on here, twitter and reddit by non switch players. It's sad and pathetic but there are plenty of good ones out there too. I just wish we were getting consistent updates, every 6 hours or so and that they would put the effort in to fix this equal to the effort they put into other platforms.

I 100% agree. Passing the frustration on to others is no way to build empathy.

Both official posts were late at night here EST. Like around 7 or 8 I think? We may get one tonight but I highly doubt it.

So do I. I guess we'll know one way or the other in an hour or two.
I do wonder if there's a way to notify Nintendo so that they take the game down from the Switch online store. I wouldn't want anyone buying the game only to find that it's totally unplayable.

It sounds like a hardware failure. Whether it's on the Sony side, Nintendo side, or in between, who knows? But if it is, they may have to wait for new hardware to be delivered and installed. Since there were initial problems with some of the XBoxes when this happened, my guess is it's in between. They were able to get the XBox back up fairly quickly (and it was only some because my XBox service never went down), but interfacing with the Nintendo side may be a different story - especially if Nintendo has never dealt with this issue (whatever it may be) before.
I just checked my Switch, and the server is still down for Nintendo service. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

This is total bs been 4 days for me. Was trying to get the 2 wainwright cards then cant do it. 22 doesn’t work either for me

I agree also crazykev. I was just letting it get to me earlier. But I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone. But the bad mouthing while they are still able to play cut like a knife. It has to get better soon. I want to believe that the hardest time as past now

Just to clearify the only thing that down is online for the show. All other games are playing online just fine. This is a sds server issue for sure. Switch is working just fine also.
