Switch has been down since Wednesday, SDS has said nothing since yesterday at noon

Yesterday they said at least 24 hours and most likely longer.

Just switch as far as we know, hence the lack of timeliness addressing it. If we don't hear anything by 8PM EST we can assume no help is coming until next week.

You know, it looks like the Nintendo Switch 17.0 was released and auto-downloaded in October 10th (the same day the game became unplayable for Switch users). I wonder if that has anything to do with the issue?
I agree with this. I've also been restricted from accessing the network since the update. It seems to be related to the Nintendo update.

Nah I have other games that work just fine after the update online. This seems to be isolated to MLB the show. I also played that morning prior to the update up to 10AM. Had to take my wife to an 11 AM appointment.
