I been playing a pitcher and the cou let's me pitch well past the red on energy. I'm going to start getting lit up when the difficulty increases if it keeps doing that. Is there a wat to get taken out,?

Nope... it's up to the manager to pull you... they won't let you get rocked so first sign of trouble with red stamina and depending on the score and situation I'm sure the manager will come out to get the ball from you.
