DD rosters affected by seasons.

So I just got back into the game really late and just discovered that a bunch of my players I can't roster because they are not season (4?). So I have a bunch of cards from the retired number program that I can't use to finish the program. This...seems stupid to me. I guess I just don't understand why I can't use the cards I just earned. Or even finish programs with them. Maybe I'm missing something here and someone can set me straight.

You can use them in offline play, including some of the conquest maps. In addition, you can use one season 1 or 2 card as a wildcard in your lineup if you need an eligible team.

You can play classic mini season. However, the retired number cards are set 3. Those cards are eligible this season.

Ok so how does that work. I can't seem to switch seasons in the upper right corner. Is another way? Tried to find a YouTube vid about it but nothing.

When you go to replace a card, go to the filter and uncheck Season 4 or you can have the system create the best line up for you and that will take you out of the Season 4 mode also. Go to the Squad Names menu and select the gear icon. Select "Generate Best Squad" (Not Generate Best S4 Squad).

you can use retired number cards from that program, its set 3, you just have to reset the line up to make it elligible
