Clemente. For me, it was by far the most difficult Moment. Event the Extreme Moment was much easier than this.

Are they all required or can some be skipped?

If the Showdown is done, some can be skipped. Also, there is a repeatable, so you can do that instead of the Moments as well. After doing the Conquest, Missions and all of the Moments but the 8 TB, I was left with 1 point left to get, so I dug in my heels and did it (I tried it every day while doing the Missions, too, with no success).
