I understand there's a pandemic going on right now and that it may be tough to implement new patches. That being said, there's no excuse for saying an issue is fixed (in two separate patches) only for it to make the issue worse.

Well I say tough to implement patches because legitimately none of what they said in the patch notes turned out to be true, aside from patch 1.04 that royally f*cked hitting. After that, the only thing they really fixed was the throwing meter glitch. Fielding, pitching, the homerun banner, etc. are all still issues despite SDS saying they were fixed. I should have said tough to correctly implement patches

At this point they should just patch in the “star power” music when your outfielders are running around aimlessly.

My other favorite is when you have drop third strike and the catcher decides to run laps around the ball instead of picking it up

Idk man. Coming from 19 I had high hopes. All they really had to do was not try to fix what’s not broken... wasn’t the case with fielding.
They could have rolled out the beta and it would be better than what we have right now IMO

After the patch it seems worse, not better. It was fairly rare before the patch, now it happens 2-3 times a game.
