DD conquest glitch?

Every time I start a conquest game, it says my record is 1-6. I’ve played way more than 7 games, not sure if it’s just a random thing or supposed to keep accurate data ? Anyone else experience this?

The record that shows is for ranked seasons only. We're you 1-6 in ranked?

1-6 online ? I’m not sure, I just recently added google mesh system to my Wi-Fi and have t gotten back online yet
