Got my response and it looks like SDS is going to resolve this quickly. I would just submit a ticket in this case.

I assume if you already collected the Franco card; the Arozarena card will either already be collected or won't count towards the collection.

Did SDS say whether or not they were going to swap the cards or just add the Randy to your inventory? I’m just curious because it will determine if I submit another ticket. Thanks in advance.

“Submitting a ticket” is simply tech support parlance for creating a help desk request

Just said they would be happy to drop Arozarena into my acount after i gave them my username. No idea if that means swapping the cards or if i just add the new card. The exact words were,
"Thanks for reaching out, I'd love to help. We recently swapped Randy Arozarena into that set - so if you've already completed it, then there would be no in-game path to earn him now. That said, I'd be happy to drop him into your account for you! I just need your username "

That would be an easier fix but they probably figure most people don’t care about a set 1 card unless you are a card collector in the game.
