Got it on my 3rd at bat.
This Everson Pereira moment on the other hand. These pitch speeds are messed up, there is no way Corbin is throwing as hard as 70mph, he's gotta be throwing 30 mph. I'm early on every thing. I haven't even gotten a hit.

It was to be my last attempt. Just wanted to get to that Jumbo Crack pack for collections.This game is way too funny on which moments you get easily and the ones we have to post about in this awesome thread!
I got most of the hitting ones on the first try. Most of the homer ones in the first pitch. (That never ever ever happens for me). Even the Basabe moment, in the first pitch I hit one out that came down on top of the wall, bounced up in the air and I thought it was a homer. For some reason, it wasn’t.
Took about 30 at bats to get that one for me.
What did I do different? I watched several of the Twitch guys yesterday to get free packs. They never worked counts and rarely took pitches. They literally swung at just about every pitch.
I figured, good enough for them, I’ll give it a try. Yesterday, I got great results doing that in all the various games I played (moments and conquest).
Go figure, right??

Not a moment but beware of the Felix Bautista team affinity east showdown challenge. Its two before the final and you need 3 runs before recording 12 outs. Even after 35 pitches and completely out of energy he's hurling 102 mph fastballs and dotting corners with 86 mph splitters and the difference in speeds seems even wider than that......

I have yet to complete an Extreme Moment... got to the 7th inning with Cain and got like 19 total bases with Adley... I was tight... will revisit Extreme at some point again so hopefully me putting this here works like it seems to always do... lol
In the meantime let me focus on other areas of the game so I don't miss out on completing this Seasons XP Reward patch and maybe this season I can actually complete all the task for the Season 5 Headstart.

Jarren Duran, 2 extra base hits. I swear I’ve put in about 100 at bats by now and can’t buy an extra base hit. I managed 1 homerun and 2 doubles in all those at bats and one double was a misplay by Varsho. I was told this is the place to go for some magic.

I mean, seriously? Are the folks at SDS tone deaf?
We’ve spent Season 4 taking them to task for card art, content, inconsistencies in game play, “the grind”, rewards, heck you name it.
Their response? Oh, here are some weekly moments against the BEST cards in Season 4!!!
Clueless. Literally, clueless.
They just don’t get it. Or aren’t listening. Or don’t care. I’ll leave it up to you as to which it is.

Took me literally 15 times to get the first one (3 hits in one inning. Got 2 hits most times. Then the SDS “magic” would happen. Had to change my DD lineup and put in all righties to finally get it after 5 more tries.
Ridiculous. I am beyond words.

Awesome, i got my 10 doubles done for the weekly wonders by loading up on power speedsters (Trout,Griffey, Marte etc) and played at Forbes Field, 8 doubles in one game lol. As a added bonus i pulled LS Edwin Diaz, best end game reward for me ever.

Mark McGwire hit 2 home runs in one game, he swings a soggy wet noodle for a bat, warning track power and nothing but o sure you may be able to get one home run but good luck getting the second, everything is hit on the ground or like i mentioned earlier to the warning track.

My first perfect prefect i hit with him was tp deep center field, sure thing right? Nope center fielder came out of nowhere for a diving catch, i almost quit out right after that, i got it on the next try. Double off the center field wall and a hit just over the second basemans head.

I feel this McGwire moment should have been in extreme program. Guy is horrible. Even most his P/P are line drives for singles.
