How is co-op still freezing?

How many months has it been since the game came out and it still freezes? Please fix this. How is this problem not in the recent update? Its a HUGE problem. At least take the cool down penalty off if your just going to ignore the community.

I do not believe they have made one gameplay change this year. Has to be record for a video game on the last 20 years.

they won’t fix freeze offs. that’s one of the main methods SDS uses for accumulating more hours logged on the game. 4-6 people not closing application because they don’t want a cooldown timer adds up fast.

What’s the difference between a cooldown timer and just sitting on a frozen game? You’d probably get to play another game sooner even if you did get a timeout.
