Confused.I know I’m late.

So basically whats the point of grinding in the game when you have a set season and cant use your set 1 squad vs set 4? For me was the first time i ever grind in mlb the show.My last grind happened on season 1.This going to sound dumb.was this always in the game when a new set comes up you not allowed to use a old set into a new set? I dont have the time to keep grinding everytime a new set comes up.Just keep the game simple & let players like my self use my whole squad in set 1 vs set 3,4. (I’m old head) lol sorry fellaz.

I laughed today cause I built a cardinals team and don’t have set 4 captain yet so I go to use the new 97 Bob Gibson card and can’t because he was the P captain in set 3 lol

Set 3 is eligible in set 4

You can use any of your cards to grind most offline content. I’m grinding TA 3 conquest maps with a mixed squad of S1 to S3 cards.
And when you say you're old, remember... there are guys here in their 60s

No, they will not...You can use them...there PXP just won't go towards team build missions for TA 4

Season 6 will have all sets eligible.

Pro tip. If you have multiple affinity sets like I do , sets 2 thrugh 4 , use core cards because core cards will earn pxp for all the sets. At the same time
