Captain boosts not tracking properly

There are a few captain boosts I've seen that haven't been working on players they should. A few examples are the Walter Johnson and Kimbrel not working with team affinity 4 henke. Another one I noticed is the milestone McGwire doesn't receive the 50 Homeruns boost. Hoping this gets cleaned up soon.
