Twitch Elite Pack

Does anyone know how to get the Twitch Elite pack? I did what it said, 4 hours then 4 more. It just rolled over and I just got another regular Twitch pack.

Step 1) Turn on the stream.
Step 2) Walk away.
Step 3) Come back later and open packs. -
Yeah, I think I’m gonna have to open a ticket with SDS myself. Received all packs just fine the first day. Watched all day Saturday and Sunday. Have received nothing.

I received them, bought 2 of the Number Retirement players for 12K each, and then got Biggio at 85 points and got to finish the program

Step 3) Come back later and open packs.Except dont forget to claim them as they are done or you cannot progress. I just left it running on my computer, and if I was away I claimed them through the app on my celly.

I never clicked anything to claim, but I did leave the inventory screen open. That may have been enough since I got every pack, and left the stream on for hours without even being home.
