I haven’t gotten it for over a month. I put in several bug reports. Put one in. Maybe they like you better.

My only other suggestion would be uninstall then reinstall the game. That usually works. I’ve done this several times and it hasn’t worked for me. Maybe it’ll work for you.

How do I make sure everything is saved before I do that?

Everything should automatically save onto your console and will be there when you reinstall.
