I just beat Houston in the MS Conquest.
Nicky got to P1 after, but his 95 TN card says '89' in red with a down arrow!

As far as I've known, the arrows up and down correlate to a player's real-life performance during the season. It looks like maybe he's in a slight slump on baseball reference.
