Pennant Race Rewards

90 overall Chris Sale and 90 overall Ryne Sandberg haven't been sold yet, but they're only pennant race rewards. There are sales for wild card and championship series rewards, so what's the deal? Did SDS screw up and make them no sell or something? Is the pack glitched and people aren't receiving it? Or am I missing something obvious?

It looks like the program pack is no sell, but the pennant race pack should be sellable. I’d guess they were both made no sell by mistake?
