Need some advice on my team
-
My team is currently comprised of
LF : 99 Buck Oneil
CF : 99 Joc Pederson
RF : 99 POTM Judge
3B : 99 Nick Castellanos
SS : 99 Jackie Robinson
2B : 99 Marcus Semien
1B : 99 Justin Morneau
DH: 99 Alex Gordon
C : 97 HR Derby Adley Rutschman Had the 99 schwarber but wasn't hitting particularly well with him so I sold him.Pitchers are: Satchel, Mclanahan, Donaldson, Skenes. POTM Ohtani
Bullpen: Chapman, Phillips, Bautista, Bednar, Hadar, Wagner, Diaz, RiveraI have 511,570 in stubs.
Where should I improve? I thought of gettin Elly but that seems like a steep price to commit to one guy.

I'd suggest turning your balance into more stubs to the point that Elly's price is irrelevant. I use an infield of Jackie at 1b, Strange-Gordon at 2b, Elly at SS, and Ramirez at 3rd. Outfield is Carrol, Griffey Jr, and Acuna Jr. Ton's of speed for extra based hits and going from first to third.
You play a lot of players at their secondary positions. Does the defense ever hurt? Also isn't Alex Gordon known for being a great defensive player? I would move O'neil to first and Morneau to DH,

That's what i had been doing i pulled LS judge a week ago and was at 2k stubs I have been flipping him repeatedly since to get up to 500k i usually have Gordon in left field only recently made the switch but I'm gonna move him back because buck in left field has been costing me since i made that switch. His reaction time isn't great.

If you haven’t finished the live series collection, use those stubs to do that and get Sosa and Jeter, core cards that for me, are never leaving my lineup.

How did you save up so many stubs !!! 1st year here so don't know the methods really. Is it easy to save that much over a short ish period of time ?

On paper looks good. Alot comes down to who ya do good with swing wise. Like for me, for somereason Jackie Robinson i can't hit with to save my life. There a few others i just cant hit, but ya get my point. Like that set 2, The Kid, griffey card i do decent with.

I can't hit with jackie at all it sucks. I really want to like
Him but I think i have like a .134 average or something it's horrible. I'd replace him but defensively he's too good to take out. everyone else I'm decent with but Jackie for some reason I can't figure him out. -

I got lucky in a pack a week or so ago and pulled live series Judge. Began flipping him by selling him high and buying him low. Stopping whenever the profit margin dipped below 1k stubs and then I'd switch to ohtani. On average i have been getting 2-3k stubs per flip and when i got a bit more of a balance i did a few bigger flips where i got 10-15 k but those take too long to flip so i went back to Judge and a few cheaper diamonds, Guerrero jr and a few others. It's time consuming but can build a huge amount of stubs once you get a system in place.

If I am not spending my stubs I am flipping my entire balance. What I am flipping depends on my balance. Once I got to 5 million I am just flipping legend cards that I can pick up for quick sell amount (so that there is zero risk...need the stubs just quick sell and get you stubs back) and sell for a minimal profit...even 1 stub if I want to annoy other flippers. I started the year flipping silver equipment and was able to complete LS just doing that.

How do I filter out which cards are legends ??
