I think anyone can play regular conquest maps on legend with a bit of practice ( your top squad Bs MLB rosters of mostly silver and bronze)…..this extreme conquest is a fun change as I literally feel like every pitch matters.
I’m working on Conquest too. Did Mini Seasons first as I wanted to have Wagner for conquest since it’s easy saves. I’m at Milwaukee now and still on first turn. No losses so fairly casual thus far. For some reason CPU can’t hit Clase and his inside cutters so between him and Billy it’s fairly enjoyable.

I breezed through the conquest map but this mini seasons is tough facing all 99s top to bottom every game. I could probably do it with enough practice on HOF but I’m probably just going to stick to All-Star with this.

Making the game randomly crash multiple times during mini seasons was a stroke of genius on their part.
Losing hits with Marte and a save with Wagner was extremely well done.
They're not holding back with Extreme this year. -

Yeah - Mini Season on HOF is way harder than those first few on Conquest. But as others have referenced I kind of enjoyed having to concentrate against the CPU for a change. Only played one game on Legend so far (going to go for the 5 wins and 30Ks) and while I won I am shamed to admit it was on a bunt. I don’t even bunt Online but I had no desire to lose that game

I finished the Showdown Extreme in '20 against Nate Pearson, and thought I was invincible. Didn't even come close to finishing in '22. If you're 0-5, I think I'll pass...

I got it in #6. Ironically I lost 2x to Cain!!! Once to Gibson, once to Gossage, and once to Wagner (all 3 of those were my fault for boneheaded mistakes …I get tight playing those darn things.
Randy (and Nolan ) was no problem as I had like 18 outs left. No doubt you can do it. Question is if you want to deal with it

John donaldson... guy is a nightmare, but facing him on legend has proven to be impossible. I'm almost done with these legend missions, but I haven't gotten a single hit off him yet.
Also for the 30 strikeouts on legend you gotta use players with really slow offspeed pitches or sidearm deliveries. The cpu turns on 103 fastball like nothing on legend.
And I don't know if it's been said here yet, but the mystery missions are "hit 3 homruns on legend" and "record a save on legend"
This extreme mini season is awesome! Hats off to sds for this one.
Be thankful you were able set a line-up. Been trying since it dropped with no luck.
I got the unhandled server exception error, it’s because you can only use certain amount of set 3 cards, so make sure to count how many you have in the cou generated lineup and don’t try to add an additional card.
Same for staring pitchers and relievers.
It was Set 1 cards for me that were causing the problem.

Yes I’ve enjoyed actually having to focus playing the CPU. I tried the mini seasons after a ton of grinding in conquest so I’m curious how I’ll do on HOF with some fresh eyes lol

Thanks buddy. Playing as much as always, just lurking more than posting these days. Will be at around 80 Extreme points tonight but refuse to even attempt Showdown so will be a few more days for me to finish I think. Wyatt wins.
