Haven’t been able to manage roster for 3 weeks. SDS Please help.

    “Unhandled server exception” every time. 3 weeks, constant emails to customer service with no help, telling me they’ll investigate but haven’t done anything. Reset my Xbox, tried on other Xbox, tried adding cards from show packs, nothing works. Losing hope in the game man. I am hoping someone from SDS sees this because I’m feeling like this will never be fixed coming up on a month.
