I am an edwin diaz card away from jeter and really have no interest in buying him due to having elly, but man looking at the live series cards is depressing. the 99 at launch has crushed them more than usual since theyre pretty much all phased out by now but wow. ohtani a 96 is crazy, but more important the most expensive card is mookie, then EDWIN, lol. also looking im fairly sure edwin diaz was most expensive card which is sad. I know SDS gets ridculed a lot for being frivolous with attributes and stuff but I think an overall boost to live cards could be warranted. I know years past trout being 300k+ isnt ideal either so some sort of middle ground or something.

    This is so true.
Maybe that's why they're CORE cards, or no one would have use for them this late.
I've never been so far away from completing the Live series this late, so I don't even value them anymore. I'm dumbfounded at my pack luck this year.

The LS collection this year is the cheapest it had been in years. I completed it in about 8 or 9 days and it was about 1.8M on the showzone website which is the cheapest of any year since I started playing in TS18.

I don't think Trout even broke 300K this year when he was usually 400K deep into June

I use live series cards , granted I usually don't go past 700s in ranked. But I use angels and usually mix in some live series.

Combination of all the other 99s early in the game along with the most average LS rewards.

McGwire is terrible ( hope they give him something better eventually)

Sosa is either loved or hated

Jeter is fun but nowhere near the level of previous top LS reward cards like Mantle, Randy, etc….

It was pure curiosity like oh Edwin is 130k let’s see trout and the boys…. Lol all like 70-90k. I was shocked. I feel they have to see the usage of jeter and others is at an all time low

I finally pulled Ohtani from a ten pack from completing a uniforms collection.
I was shocked, and the color was different, so I knew I pulled something good.
Was hoping 99 Elly would pop out, but no 😭

They’ll go up if they release a nasty core collection card, but also If you don’t play BR the core collection is going to be impossible to complete.

I am definitely enjoying Jeter and Sosa, you are absolutely right about McGuire but also, Jeter while great is not Randy or Chipper from the last two years.

    Solid points.

Also, I’m sure we will get a 70 HR milestone card or maybe a Finest for McGuire. Hopefully the swing is much better.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Edwin is only like 130k. Are you saying it should be more expensive? LS is relatively cheap right now. Not sure what you are griping about exactly

it was speculation, not griping so not sure what youre comment really brings to the table. just odd an injured player is the most expensive. not even saying they are pricey. sheesh relax

Not odd at all, being injured his over will stay the same,no risk of getting downgraded,so supply doesn't affect his price as ppl are careful to protect his value when selling because he will always be 90+ and valuable.
