What system was he on? Xbox users are able to use the Cronus script but it doesn't do much of anything on PS5.
I probably wouldn't read much in to there being no logo but having an 0-0 record and then being 1040 is odd. Did your game register on his record afterwards?
Additionally, just as an FYI. listing player's usernames is a no-no for SDS TOS. I don't know how strict they are regarding it now but they have banned people in the past IIRC.

mate there is a great way to tell if someone is hacking against you in online - the best way to figure it out from my experience is to put on a tin foil hat, repeat the word Zoltan as much as possible, with ever increasing velocity and power - slow but steady - make sure you are on a Cat 14 cable directly injected into your modem - this will prevent all hacking & you will have 0 issues after that
