Kickstart Rewards

Anybody still not get their kickstart rewards? I signed on right as the new season changed and my kickstart rewards were bugged. I still haven’t received them. Any suggestions? I’ve emailed twice too.

Still haven't received mine. Same thing happened when TA 2 launched. Sent in a bug report and they eventually made it right ... but it took two or three weeks with TA 2 kickstart rewards.

What and where did I miss this jumpstart pack? Was that for people who just started the game in season 3 or was it for everyone?

it's not a pack... go to the top of your screen and/or press square and scroll over... there should be a "slide" that shows what it is... it's based off how much you completed during season 2... Season 2 XP Reward Path, Incognito Program, Kaiju Program, June Monthly Program, Set 2 Collection... I think those were the 5 listed and on the next slide it will show you your rewards based off how many you completed.
