Jukebox won't stay off

Every major update the game turns the jukebox music on. No big deal. I just turn off all the music. But recently every time i boot up the game the jukebox is on. I have to turn it off manually each time. It used to save it and stay off. Anyone know why this happened or what I can do to get the game to save my jukebox settings?

I've noticed the music comes back when a new song is introduced to the jukebox, the last one was the Queens of the Stone Age one
