Missing head start rewards again

I was missing 2 of my headstart rewards from last season and once again i’m missing the last two this season. I’ve sent a report to SDS 3 TIMES NOW, and no response to it. I sent 5 of them last season and got responses to all but still never got the items. This is RIDICULOUS!!!

Did you try buzzing them or banging on a trashcan?

They can't/won't fix it. There are hundreds of thousands of us. Move on, that's all we can do.
