I can’t claim my digital deluxe edition packs

I can’t claim my digital deluxe edition packs. So pretty much I’ve always played on ps5 but recently I purchased the captains edition I think on my Xbox 1 S so that I could play there when at my moms. But when I logged in, I saw all the packs and Stubbs in the Xbox account but when I went to link it to my PlayStation and mlb the show 23 account, none of it transferred. So I spent the extra $100 for absolutely nothing. I haven’t spent the stubs or opened the packs yet so is there a way to get the stuff transferred? SDS has absolutely worst support system I’ve ever dealt with so I came here first. I literally waited 2 weeks for a response last time I emailed them and I can’t seem to find a live chat option
