I only play this and FIFA. I know I'm in the gameplay minority, but since I don't ever spend anything extra on stubs/FIFA points, or play on-line (so the game is never an arms race to get the best cards for me - I play with who I want to), the two games are really similar for me. I wouldn't characterize either as better or worse. Just depends on whether I feel like playing soccer or baseball that day.
And Bill Laimbeer's Combat Basketball is the worst sports game ever.

I play Madden and NHL UT offline, there are things that EA does better than SDS and vise versa. But to call this the worst sport game ever without playing other sport games is wrong.

Fifa ultimate team is by far superior. At least other games require skill. MLB just requires no life hours and RNG luck
