Why is this allowed? Mobile Hotspot

So I tried using this to see if it would make a big difference in timing for online game play and omg it made a huge difference. All star online feels like veteran difficulty. This is Game Breaking and I can't believe this is allowed... This is why we need restriction for Ranked Gameplay and Ping Filters for next year's game. Timing should be based off client side aka SDS servers so every game is fair... idk anymore they don't even listen..

and I told you before I don't go by jerseys. Team names and most people that I have messaged have confirmed. Most not all.

Funny, someone on Facebook just said they upgraded their internet to fibre, gig download and say that they’re crushing the ball and have never been able to hit so easily.

and I told you before I don't go by jerseys. Team names and most people that I have messaged have confirmed. Most not all.
You sure put a lot of emphasis on it in the past and made it sound like it was direct correlation to people having bad connections.
And just like jerseys, team names mean nothing.

If you don't belive how about you try it? Performance won't have any impact, only the timing. Trust me it's a difference.
